Getting Started

Prepare you body and brain two days before your cleanse. Focus on eating lighter healthier plant-based meals.  Include 3 servings of fruits and vegetables, a salad, whole grains and plenty of water.  

On day one of your cleanse, have 8 ounces of water when you wake up and then start the juices. Drink a juice every 2 hours.  Drink at least two 8-ounce glasses of water between each juice to maintain hydration.

  1. Should I eat during my cleanse?  The struggle to not eat during the cleanse is real, so if you must eat, follow the "Getting Started" suggestions. The cleanse/detox process is slower when your body spends energy digesting solid food. A warm plant-based broth may help you get through the rough spots.
  2. Can I exercise during the cleanse?  Listen to your body, stretching and light exercise is helpful.  Don't over-do-it.
  3. Do I eliminate my coffee?  We suggest no caffeine during the cleanse, if you have to have coffee check out our Mushroom (Superfood) Coffee as an alternative!
