Prepare you body and brain two days before your cleanse. Focus on eating lighter healthier plant-based meals. Include 3 servings of fruits and vegetables, a salad, whole grains and plenty of water.
On day one of your cleanse, have 8 ounces of water when you wake up and then start the juices. Drink a juice every 2 hours. Drink at least two 8-ounce glasses of water between each juice to maintain hydration.
