The Arizona Medical Marijuana Program currently recognizes the following list of qualifying conditions for granting a medical marijuana identification card.

IF A CHRONIC OR DEBILITATING DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION OR THE TREATMENT FOR A CHRONIC OR DEBILITATING DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION CAUSES:

• Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy
• Severe or persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristics of multiple sclerosis

OTHER QUALIFYING CONDITIONS

• Cancer
• Post Traumatic Stress Disorder​
• Glaucoma
• Crohn’s disease
• Human immunodeficiency virus
• Acquired immune deficiency syndrome
• Hepatitis C
• Amyotrophic lateral Sclerosis
• Agitation of Alzheimer’s disease
